KFC Johnsonville

Really disappointing. Place was busy, only one checkout operating, and then when I finally got to order they were out of chicken. Go to Porirua as its much better, more parking, order machines in the foyer, no long wait lines.

The food is good, the kitchen clean, they could pack better, but that's okay. It would be better to avoid use rough and stressed workers at drive thru, the customer who comes to buy is looking for take home courtesy and not bad manners, food would taste even better.Hope it will improve.

I went there two times. The first time I waited almost 20 minutes, but I was still on waiting. And the second time it was really not that busy. I ordered two pieces of original recipe chicken. They taste really good. I think I will nor come again because the environment is not welcoming. Three stars for chicken only.

Great location.. Huge parking.. Friendly service.. All the KFC goodies.. Lots of seating space.. Fun place to hang out..

Chicken was good. Felt like everyone was moving at half speed though. Like they forgot the fast bit in fast food.

Aside from the drive-thru traffic, worth the wait.
