Always a huge wait even when the line is short always out of chicken or something... last order I asked for extra sauce on my burger and got not even a drop of sauce same with my partner who didn't ask for extra. Burgers are trash with no sauce also the gravy tasted bland and kinda funky?
Absolutely shocking service. If they moved any slower packing an order we'd be dead before we ate. 30min wait, no reason, not that busy, just couldn't move at a reasonable speed.Service: 1/5
Went in at 11am it looked closed went to the speaker and didn’t hear anything for a good couple minutes so started to drive off, heard a voice say that the other girl was busy with another customerdine in was shut off and there were no cars in the queue. We ended up ordering and going to pay, sat there for 5 minutes while one of the workers Who was just standing there eating eyeballed is the whole time. Finally got our food and she’d forgotten one of our drinks when I tried asking for it she was short and shut the window in my face, came back with it all sarcastically, would not recommend this one.
I’d gladly vote this place for the worst kfc in NZ. Hardly ever open. When they are open they usually don’t have chicken or whatever else it is you want. Tonight they said it’s a 30 minute wait for chicken which I accepted. Asked where I’d park and wait for it after an almost 30 minute wait in the drive through to be told sorry you will have to go away and come back to wait in line again.
Absolute disgrace - most filthy store I’ve ever seen . And service is NON existent!! Took 24 mins to get meal and had to ask for it 3 seperate times . My order “ was missed “ 6 women working in store - 3 of whom were dancing and laughing out back and on their phones !!! What a shambles of a store Who is running this ????
Ordered online twice as first order didn’t go through so made a second order for the same items and the same amount. I assumed it was a technical issue perhaps with processing. Both times orders are accepted for 20 minutes I wait and then when it says it’s ready for delivery. Order status changes and says they’ll refund. Wasted over 1 hour ordering, reordering and waiting only to have both ordered canceled. Not once but twice and of course the phone line is engaged. Do better. Frustrating to say the least.
Kfc in Palmy is so mismanaged! Hire more staff, it’s not that hard. If you’re constantly understaffed you need to think about why they aren’t sticking around. Also? Sold out of all original chicken before 7pm and no warning until you’ve already been sitting in a drive thru line for 10 minutes? Honestly got to be one of the worst KFCs in the country!
I waited 30mins to place my order when I did order an announcement was made that there would be a 30 min wait for chicken . I realize they were busy but someone took their eye off the ball. It was only 6pm.Food: 1/5
Can't get our online order where they keep your money for 3 days not on. Talk about slack service all bunched up in one corner And more people coming in. So I reckon that we order on line and we have to go to the kfc it should be paid there or free meal because we should not pay twice especially on the weekends
Very fast service but sat down to eat only to see a sign up saying dining area closed. Dining area was v messy clearly had just been busy. Polite service,called out thank ,bye as I'd left.Food: 4/5
