For a KFC this one is pretty good.
I battle to understand how there is always a que and no service? You meant to be fast foods? Maybe have more people on duty at peak times?
Waited 30 minutes to get served, only one person in the counter was just atrocious, there were 15 people in line waiting
As travelling from out of town I found the toilets very dirty. The big kahuna burger not the same size as picture. Child's meal was fine. We don't stop often for take out food so was very disappointed with meal and surroundings.
Kat is so lovely, great service every time!
It was good, but it was so busy we ended up having quite a few pieces of chicken that were dry.
Management at timaru kfc is poor. After waiting 15 minutes to get service then waiting 20 more minutes for my food only to be told I would have to wait another 5 minutes for the chicken. What a joke couldn't even give my paid free meal away no wonder others were walking back out the door. I made sure I shared the word.
