Iceberg lettuce was expired. It was slimy and mush. Furthermore, the chicken inside of burger was extremely small and dry.... the worse KFC experience I've ever had
Everything is fine but too much busy, probably need more management to the shop. Huge que, seems like everyone so starving since ages but tbh kfc always my favourite. See you soon and much love
You have to be lucky, sometimes the breading will be deep fried an hour ago thus soft/stale, or it can be amazingly crispy and freshly deep fried. In this case the breading on all of the tenders were awfully soft and the wings were top notch.
Great service and found it easy to use the touchscreen display. A meal with a burger is about 7.20 euros. Quite clean throughout and has basic toilets for use. I wouldn't recommend the chicken roti option though - stick to their more popular items!
Very bad افتضاحه I am editing after KFC feedback. I never saw this type of service anywhere from KFC. I tried to order through screen myself. After long time I would want pay with card and i couldn't. A guy gave me receipt and asked me to go to cashier and pay there. After payment no screen was there to announce which number is ready to serve. Every number I was asking is it for me. Then I got my food and because of pandemy I went outside with my family to eat and I asked to open canopy, they said is not possible. We were just looking at birds during eating. All tables was dirty. They didn't give us the ice cream and salad in our order and I didn't ask again. That was most terrible KFC I ever see
I confirm what the other comments mentioned. 25 minutes to get your order. Nothing to display the order number, it is shouted in french only by the employee, who s anoucing only the last digits you have have to figure out the first digits. It is so long that people don't wait in front. they start to seat everywhere. Then, when come the order, they don't hear ect.... big mess.
A lot of people which makes the food extremely fresh and hot, not like the other KFC breachs around. Good food compared to other fast food restaurants and cheap. Check it our if you are around.
The whole point of big chains is that it tastes the same everywhere so if you like it at home you will like it away. Not here. Everything is soggy, the opposite of crispy, and incorrect amount of ingredients. The cleaning I witnessed was the worst I ever seen. I don’t have anything positive to say about this place, and we ate KFC on our wedding day so we are normally big fans.
Employees don't care about you at all. When ordering through the self-service terminal, you will have to wait a very long time. There is no board with ready orders. If you do not know French, you should ask about your order yourself.
