20min waiting to order. Only 1 person in front of me. As soon as they took the person's order they go and prepare there order instead of taking the next 2 orders. Besides that the food was good .
Today we went to KFC in Feilding Manawatū for lunch and ordered fried chicken drumsticks and bone-in chicken pieces. But to my surprise, the coating on the drumsticks was extremely hard — almost impossible to chew — and there was an excessive amount of oil on both the drumsticks and chicken pieces.nnI brought this up with one of the female staff members, but she kept insisting, “They were freshly fried!” She even raised her voice and said, “Listen to me!” which was quite rude and unprofessional and very wired. Cause I didn’t say that the chicken was not fresh, just wondering why its coating was so hard to chew and it supposed to be crunchy by my experience.nnThen the shift manager came over, he acted weird too and said something like, “That’s just how the chicken is.” I was really confused — not only was the food disappointing, but the attitude was even worse. We regularly eat KFC even people said it may not be healthy, now it is time to say goodbye to this shop.nnWhat’s going on with Feilding KFC?
KFC, FeildingnWell, I asked for fillets and they brought non fillets so I then took it back and had to wait 10 mins for service!!! and came back with again non fillets. then for the 3rd time they finally got it right. Also when the workers were on break they took up all the booths and were on their phones instead of serving people outrageous.
Food was ok. Service was absolutely atrocious, we asked for a coke and one lift and we received two cokes and when asking team member Haley to replace it we got a massive sigh and no reply and the burgers we got were just thrown together. They couldn’t even manage to wrap them properly, do better KFC feilding cmon.
Absolutely delicious and fresh chips and chicken extremely friendly workers store was really looked after and clean.
