There are not many KFC that I have been to, leaving an excellent impression. Staff were immaculate and efficient, premises well maintained. The views from the top floor were very beautiful of the surrounding area.
We ordered last night. Order got through. We didn't hear anything about it for an hour. This was now 10.30pm. I decided to call as it seemed several drivers were trying to get the food, and the ETA was getting pushed to a later time.nOnce I called, I was told that they didn't have enough to fulfil my order and that someone was meant to ring me.nI will order again, but online doesn't seem to be the best way to deal with this KFC.
Haven't been to KFC for about 15 years.nFood was good, we were the only one in queue inside so served immediately by a young lady who was on her second shift. She was enthusiastic, happy, chatty.
***SCAM SCAM SCAM***nnSubject: Extremely Disappointing Experience at KFC Blenheim – Incorrect Order and Poor ServicennI am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at the KFC Blenheim location on 58 Grove Road, Mayfield, Blenheim 7201, around 5:25 PM.nnUpon placing my order, I requested to substitute the potato & gravy and bread roll in my combo with a regular Coke. After a wait of approximately 5–7 minutes, the female manager/senior informed me that substitutions were not allowed. However, she failed to explain that ordering a combo with a Coke would have been more cost-effective than purchasing the items separately. Due to this lack of clarity, I proceeded to order everything individually without understanding the price implications.nnI then waited an additional 4–6 minutes to receive my order. Despite the significant delay for a fast-food chain of KFC’s global reputation, I remained patient. Fortunately, I asked for a receipt. Upon reviewing it at home, I discovered that I was charged for a Coke that was never included in my order.nnThis kind of oversight reflects extremely poor customer service and creates the impression of deceptive business practices. It’s disheartening to see a multinational company fail to meet even the most basic standards of service and transparency.nnI urge KFC to address this issue seriously. False advertising, incorrect billing, and substandard customer service are unacceptable. If I had the means, I would strongly consider pursuing legal action for what I believe to be a misleading, false/fraud and unfair customer experience.nnTo others: please double-check your orders at the counter/drive through and always request a receipt. Trust must be earned, and unfortunately, my trust in this brand has been severely compromised.nnHorrible experience.
I dropped through the drive through for a quick snack and I received excellent service.nA young lady named Josephine served me and she was friendly and efficient.
