There are not many KFC that I have been to, leaving an excellent impression. Staff were immaculate and efficient, premises well maintained. The views from the top floor were very beautiful of the surrounding area.
We ordered last night. Order got through. We didn't hear anything about it for an hour. This was now 10.30pm. I decided to call as it seemed several drivers were trying to get the food, and the ETA was getting pushed to a later time.nOnce I called, I was told that they didn't have enough to fulfil my order and that someone was meant to ring me.nI will order again, but online doesn't seem to be the best way to deal with this KFC.
Haven't been to KFC for about 15 years.nFood was good, we were the only one in queue inside so served immediately by a young lady who was on her second shift. She was enthusiastic, happy, chatty.
Im from Christchurch and in my opinion this is the best KFC I have been to in New Zealand from an in person service stand point.nWe stopped here on the way to Motueka early Jan 2026 and it was fantastic. All the things that disappoint in Christchurch stores were non existent here.nToilets were clean and was a pleasure to dine in.
Lived her for 28 years and never ever had the service we received today. Olivia was just amazing, great friendly service and the food was amazing... thankyou. That girl deserves a pay rise
