Worst kfc around don’t waste your money complained about my order and got called a liar
Very greatful to staff at this store . Stacey who answered the phone was very polite even though very busy to help me and also store manager Tracey . I ordered online here in Melbourne KFC for my dad in Blenheim. Entered wrong address number , delivery never got to him . Rang KFC got manager Tracey on phone she said don't you worry we all make mistakes I'll re send it now . Wasn't a cheap order . Your both stars Stacey & Tracey .....Thank you
Came in and got a 15pack. Family bucket, have to say was the worst chicken we have ever bought. The chicken was over cooked, only had 2 drumsticks, when I bit into it, it was like crackle and there was no chicken inside as it was to overcooked. It's a really expensive meal I'm so disappointed with the KFC in Blenheim. It was not finger licking good.
I know it's hard to get staff, but when you have young kids behind the counter joking well I hope he was joking. About spitting in his mates drink, that he had just served him. It really set the tone for my meal. Thank you KFC for setting a new low for me.
Had a meeting in town tonight, thought we'd grab KFC 1st but the restaurant was closed, not the 1st time either. So after meeting thought we would just grab take away, says they are open till 10pm, this was just after 9pm they where closed completely. Love KFC but had enough of Blenheim store not giving a dam about their customers. Might become a holiday treat food only.
I actually hesitated about going here after reading reviews. I'm pleased to say the food was delicious, the service was efficient .
We had to drive round the drive through and wait again, as the order was not taken correctly and 2 burgers were missing. But the zinger burgers tasted good.Food: 4/5
Given the experiences so have had in KFC elsewhere my expectations were not that high but was happy to be pleasantly surprised. Loved the self order touch screens and the service was fast and the food was HOT.
Last Sat night..1st Oct.. after coming off Ferry at 7pm we headed thru Blenheim.. Yeah KFC right on the way ..so we stopped. We would just like to say a Big Thank youto the duty Manager she was Great! and the her other staff too.. we had to wait for our chicken so she gave us each a coffee.. then i went back in after i thought i didnt get a small coleslaw as i thought id ordered the next level up.. well i didnt but she gave it to me for free... because actually thats what i really craved after 2 days on the road withour my veges..lol.. So a big Thank you to KFC Blenheim.. esp from Me Cheers Aileen P : Parking: had motorhome so were able to park right outside.. not a great night ..Raining.
Busy but good service before the big drive down to South.Also in a good location too.
