Had a property managed by maddy and sue and they both caused me nothing but grief... my maintenance free home was left with them to manage and they never carried out inspections or investigated tenants issues as they maddy and sue were based in havelock north and could not be bothered traveling to bay view Napierto carry out concerns for the tenant i.e septic tank blockage as it was not on there schedule to go that way. When this was raised by myself property owner and the going got tuff for them maddy and sue they rang me and elected to use a clause to remove themselves out of managing my property. Laziness at its finest folks avoid these managers at all costs I recommend tremains been with them since both myself and tenant are really happy 3 years on..
