Scott Kettle

Scott has been living on the Hibiscus Coast with his family for the past 12 years after moving from Christchurch in 2005 with his wife, who was originally from the Rodney area. He and his wife have three young children and love the safe and secure lifestyle we all enjoy on the Coast. Scott has been involved with sales all of his working life, and enjoys meeting and working with new people on every level.

Since living on the coast, Scott has worked in Sales and Marketing with Mediaworks Rodney, then in recent years, Assistant New Sales Manager at Albany Toyota.

Scott loves the beach and all sports associated with it and has always had a passion for property development and the property market in general. Based on his desire to be involved in the real estate industry, in late 2015 Scott jumped at the opportunity to be involved in the award winning Kensington Park Development, in both new sales and re-sales. Since then he has created a strong portfolio of sales and looks forward to assisting you with all your requirements when selling or purchasing your next home.

Peter Burn

Peter had an extensive career in the airline industry, both in New Zealand and the USA. He was a senior accountant in Air New Zealand and a member of the senior management team in roles including Planning Director. In the last few years his roles have included the head of a large logistics company in North America and a management contracting role at Auckland Council Property.

Peter has a strong sense of community having been a city councillor, community board chairman and is currently a trustee of other community organisations. Peter believes that Kensington Park is an excellent community development.
