When I first started coming to this salon I saw the Albanian lady, she was so ok as my service was only a few hilites through the crow area. Upon another visit I had the Romanian lady whom literally damaged my hair by using stronger chemicals-to the point where it had to have my hair cut from long lengths to a bob! I recently visited and asked for the Albanian lady on the phone and was told she would be doing my hair. At the start of my visit I asked her if she could use less damaging chemicals as she also agreed that my last visit my hair was badly damaged and it was not the correct process. We agreed it would be best to save the hair and use less harsh products. After having half of head of foils put in by the Albanian to my surprise the Romanian lady statted doing my hair! Hours also went by as both women kept taking clients inbetween, leaving my hair becoming over processed and a cue waiting as they rushed through leaving most of the color clients sat waiting. At one point I realised that my hair had been lightened too much and I could see a bit pf panic set in by both women as it meant they needed to now do a treatment thinking I had no idea… To add to an awful experience to my surprise during my toner the very product that I explained cause breakage to my hair, that the Albanian lady said she wouldn’t use…she used! I asked her to immediately remove it but as it’s such a toxic mixture of strong chemicals over bleach-my hair has now snapped off in places!! After shampooing my hair started breaking off in the front and all throughout my ends and hairline! I was devastated and explained how to truly unprofessional these two ladies are. It’s clear that they found a way to make a lot of money between the two of them with little regards to providing a nice service. Please don’t trust this place for chemical treatments unless it’s a basc root tint; they are unfortunately not trained enough to perform alll types of chemical services. Lastly, each time I have been here they say there cash machine is not working. Again, this is just a fast cash grab which I’m sure HMRC needs to be envoled with tax evasion and Watchdog for poor knowledge of how to apply chemical services.
Yesterday i went there to do balayage..Bad service, ruined my hair… I wanted a ash golden blonde balayage and I left with dark ash.. not properly taken care of my hair as lady is in hurry to go home.. i said if you can’t do that leave it lady told me that I already prepared bleach for you.. she took 160 pound for my hair tho i m not happy with it..didn’t even talked properly.. in my face i can see black color while she applied route color she didn’t even offer to remove it and I asked if you have something to clear she didn’t reply.. she did route color as well and i can see clearly white hairs on my scalp .The service was very unprofessional.Would not recommend!

After coming back from a difficult procedure at the gp surgery I am soooo glad I came to this salon today. I had deep conditioning treatment and hair cut and blow dry. Darsha was amazing and so nice and so calm and she looked like she actually enjoyed what she was doing. I live in pinner but came to south harrow especially as I used to come here years ago before I moved. I am so glad I came here and my hair feels wonderful. There is no salon that is near to me that would have given me this experience what I received today. I will be coming back again for sure.Services: Hairstyling
I’ve been using KESS for many years & I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. I generally visit once a month. Excellent services, friendly & reasonable prices. The whole team work very hard & salon is always clean & tastefully decorated. Level of expertise is very good. Dasha is excellent. One of the other ladies gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. Walked in and was not greeted happily, as a male wanting to get a perm, I was treated without care, the woman who did my perm was nice but no one listened to what I wanted. I asked for waves hair and my perm came out way too curly. I did show a picture. No one even tried doing a consultation to see what I needed and felt rushed through the process. Customer service was horrible. On top of all a perm was £40 which clearly stated in the website and I was charged £50. I ended up shaving my head.. never going back.Service: Curly hair
After recommended by my friend, I went there today for my haircut.. Miriam was not only patient and knowledgeable, she actually did her magic on my hair.. I had a bad experience somehwere else but Mirium gave me a fantastic haircut.. I got so many compliments today... One good haircut can lift your mood.. Thank you Mirium and Kess for wash, cut and blowdry… You are my forever hair salon now.. 10 stars Service: Blowdry
