I'm so happy to have found Kerry and her lovely Pet Hotel. She clearly loves her guests and when Bertie had a poorly eye, she took him to the vet and got treatment for him. My two piggies had wonderful accommodation and I would have no hesitation in them coming to stay with Kerry again. Thank you for everything you did for them Kerry
I was recommended Kerry’s pets through my vets as I had to go away for the weekend. One of my guineapigs had just had surgery and was on lots of medication to help get her through and able to eat again. I was worried about leaving her with anyone due to all of the responsibilities with her medications so early on since surgery. So I was going to cancel my plans but alas! On short notice Kerry had room and was up for the challenge of my little one and my god is she an amazing woman! She took amazing care of my chia and her sister and even cut up hay and grass in small pieces so my sickly pig could eat easier, along with all the medications and syringe feeding!! Kerry also weighed her to see if she was putting on the much needed weight she’d sadly lost. I’d never go anywhere else now I’ve found Kerry’s pets! Beautifully clean and large spaces and they appear to have absolutely loved their holiday there. Next holidays already booked in!
Kerry has a soft spot for my rabbit munchkin and he is well looked after when we go away. She is a lovely lady. I wouldn't dream of taking him elsewhere. He even sits on her lap to be brushed. Something he won't let me do. I'm the big bad ogre especially when I chase him around the living room with a baby wipe! The shop is based in seal near Sevenoaks. Easy to find.
Our very demanding guinea pig Sprocket loves staying at Kerry's pets! Kerry absolutely spoils him and he knows it! I think he is very lucky to spend time with her and all the other animals and he is so looking forward to his next stay.
We always use Kerry's Pets for our guinea pig and hamster holidays. We know that Kerry and her Mum are dedicated to looking after our pets and will also pick up any health issues that arise. Highly recommended!
Kerry and her mum are lovely people and they take such good care of our guinea pigs and genuinely care about them. Highly recommend and I wouldn’t send the piggies anywhere else!
Kerry's is an excellent pet hotel. Charlie was well looked after and came home quite happy. Would highly recommend.
We have just used Kerry’s Pets for the third time and I cannot recommend them enough. Our two guinea pigs stayed there while we were on holiday and I wasn’t worried about them at all, the shop was bright and clean and Kerry and her Mum genuinely care about all of the animals who stay with them. Kerry posts lovely photos and updates on her Facebook page which is great especially if you have kids who are missing their pets! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kerry’s Pets and we will definitely be using them every time we go away.
Oreo and Kitkat had a lovely holiday at Kerry’s Pets. This was the first time we had used Kerry’s Pets and we were completely confident in our “ladies” care from the moment we arrived. It was great to see a couple of videos of them when we were away. Would totally recommend!
Kerry and her mom looked after our pretty hamster Berry so well. They enjoy having the animals stay with them so much and look after them as they are their own. The shop is so clean and cosy. Perfect Pet Hotel!
