Had a beautiful breakfast date with my daughter at the Bakehouse and honestly, it was the best decision! We don’t dine out often we are locals as it is quite expensive, but everything here was so affordable especially for the generous portion sizes.nThe food was absolutely delicious, the coffee was amazing, and the staff were just as lovely. Such a great experience all round.nThank you so much, we’ll definitely be back!nnPics: My breakfast and chai for under $25, you cant get that elsewhere.
I had the eggs Benny and it was amazing the yolks were still runny it and the bread was super buttery and the Benny sauce was the cherry on top and my partner got the French toast and loved it great food would definitely recommend!

This place was bustling with customers, it’s obviously a very popular spot for locals!nThe interior is spacious, plenty of seating inside and out. The displays were well presented with lots of variety! The staff were happy and friendly even though they were very busy at the time! I order a medium soy latte, it was perfectly frothed and the right temperature! I chose the smoked fish pie and it was delicious, the pastry was flaky and complemented the filling which was very flavourful!nWould definitely return here.
My family and I have driven from Paihia to have breakfast here on 2 consecutive days. The filled rolls have fresh veges and meat crammed into fresh rolls. The pies are solid and well filled with meat and cheese. The servings are generous and the staff are friendly and helpful. Will be back again for breakfast.
