Great place to live. Cafe onsite, gym, sauna and heated swimming pool available to residents. Beautiful gardens and a bush walk close by. Less than 8 mins to the north end of Orewa Beach.
My beautiful daughter and I went to the Cafe and where very very impressed by the barista and wait staff, they where friendly and knowledgeable and we had prompt service with a wonderful smile. Coffee was hot and delicious and food absolutely delicious! I would recommend Orewa visitors try Kensington park cafe and stroll around this beautiful residential luxurious village,nArthur C. We love how it's evolved and there are nice green aread developed around. The cafe was a great addition and they have a food truck coming on the weekends. It makes a great place for visiting our friends .
A beautiful little place. Stayed with a friend here. Nice Cafe, very nicely planted out and a lake all a stones throw form the beach. It has a nice community feel.
Lovely Spot and great environment. But Buyer beware, they charge a percentage fee on the sale price when you sell. Either leaving or moving to another apartment within the complex as my elderly parents found out.
