Story

Hi! I’m Ken and Ken’s Vintage Coins is my way of sharing my interest in the history of New Zealand coins with folks!

I have a vast collection of coins from 1933 onwards, from which I select coins struck for a particular year (e.g. birth, wedding, graduation) to mount and frame.

All coins are authentic New Zealand currency (demonetised) and are securely mounted in a wooden frame with a description of the date, value, mintage information and condition. The frames are sealed for
posterity and can be displayed on a wall or desktop.

I can be found at most of the Cruise Ship Markets in central Picton and Car Boot Sale in Blenheim (see events tab) or items can be carefully packed and posted worldwide (standard postage fees apply). We accept cash payments at the markets, otherwise direct credit payment must be received prior to dispatch of your frame(s).
