Place is literally spotless, you cook your own breakfast in a well equipped kitchen.
Beautiful, new and clean. A very comfortable place to stay. Hosts are generous enough to allow you a load of washing as well. Would return and recommend in a heartbeat.
Can't recommend this place highly enough. They lay it on for their guests, going above and beyond, clean and comfortable rooms, with a great breakfast. Close to all the restaurants and the sea front.

I stayed here 2 weeks ago and just loved it. It is close to the wharf. The room that I got was decently sized and very clean with a large screen TV and 3D Bluray player. The owner is very helpful and welcoming. I also loved the proximity to multiple eating options on Jackson Street.
What a great surprise. And how convenient ... within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, rail station and buses. Facilities are top notch, clean and Wi-Fi is convenient. Ultra-friendly hosts ... nothing too much trouble. Happy to recommend to anyone visiting Wellington for the first time.
