Had my first session with Kelsey after being recommended to see her, after a recent spinal fusion surgery. I had been struggling with muscle tightness. Kelseys combined expertise as a PT, physio, massage therapist were just what I needed. Really happy with my first session. Amazing treatment. After 2 back to back pregnancies and years of beating my body snowboarding I am left - literally - in pieces.. Kelsey was very thorough and wasn’t scared to apply deep pressure and undo those stubborn knots… definitely going back for more regenerative treatments. Highly recommend
