Hi I had my little dog treated for a foreign body in his paw as it had swollen and in pain on Thursday. He was kept for the day and they said they couldn't find anything, However paid a hefty bill. Was given antibiotics and pain killers. Over the weekend I noticed the dog still in.pain with the same symptoms. I wondered if the vets missed something by oversight and wanted them to validate it. So they charged me for another consult fee and the receptionist said that they will treat as a new consultation. I paid it with a protest. My dog is still suffering with the pain and refuses to lay the paw on the floor. I am sure somethings wrong in his paw. Now if I go for a check they will charge me again. I wonder if any customers had similar experience. It's probably their way of making money. I am now wondering if I should go to another reasonable vet.
Jacques van zyl is an exceptional vet he fixed a terribly broken leg on a doberman no other vet in the whole wellington area would touch. Made a fantastic job she runs good as newnJust speed her too. Perfect no problems
Sadly at the wounderful age of 17yrs old we had to putt our dear sammie cat to sleep. Thank you to the team for been so kind and caring They even sent us a card.
After hours care was top notch and the vet was so lovely and very knowledgeable. Put our minds at ease and kept our fur baby overnight to help with recovery. We were so happy so are confident to recommend Agvet
Great Veterinary, clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had our puppy spaded and the staff were so loving, gentle and caring with her.
