Keep it REAL nz is based at the Tunnel Beach car park selling REAL FRUIT ice cream and REAL coffee. Come and get your well deserved treat!

Story

We are a small family business that is very passionate about The Tunnel Beach Track, the history, wildlife and replanting of the farmland area. We also feel strongly about our people deserving a treat after the steep track:-)
Real fruit ice cream, coffee and cold drinks are on our menu. So come and enjoy the walk and our Keep is REAL NZ cafe.

Beautiful walk, beautiful view. In my top 3 places to visit in Dunedin.
Exploring the sea-carved sandstone cliffs, rock arches and caves at Tunnel Beach. There is a tunnel to go down to the spectacular, rocky coastline. And also views from the cliffs above are amazing. This is the finest, gorgeous beach that I have ever seen. Strongly recommended.
Great view. Walk way is pretty steep. Takes around 1 hour. Should go at low tide.
A lovely walk and very scenic. The tunnel steps were rather slippery but great to see the seals.
A brilliant view and well worth the effort to walk down. But be prepared with good walking shoes as it is quite steep. Fantastic scenery and sealions amongst the rocks. It will take about an hour to walk down and back, allowing for some rest stops on the way back
Great walk, quite steep walk in places. If walking down to the beach beware of seals which rest on the rocks. Our 3 and 5 year old did it!
Easy walk cool place, not too windy either, bit slippery if it's wet
