Called in to this nice clean Turkish restaurant/ takeaway for a late lunch this afternoon. Upon enquiring of the owner which items were Gluten Free, we were told that all items on their menu were GF, except the kebarb wraps. He had an intimate knowledge of all ingredients used and celiac food safe protocol. I was highly impressed, the food was delicious and extremely good value for money. We'll definately be back again when next traveling through Taupo. Dietary restrictions: Owner knew his stuff re gluten free /celiac items on his menu, definately recommend.

Just visiting. Excellent food. The chicken kebab I had was divine. Asked for extra chicken and that's exactly what I got. Lots. Service was great. Would definitely recommend.Food: 5/5
Long waiting period for food to be made and ready. The salad was good on the mixed meat on fries and salad but, very small portion of meat. Regular extra fries were small. Very expensive for what you get. They could get lessons from their brothers in Europe, massive portions of meat, extra regular fries are good size and great value for money
Nice hot fresh food. I accidently complain to the wrong shop How ever the product from kebab turka was soo fresh and hot It tasted better than the other 2 kebab shops I have tried. There portions are so huge I couldn't eat all my meal I will be getting my weekly kebabs from this shop from now on They gave free hot chips and tried giving me free drinks. But i said no. Lovely people I will be back Thank you guys so much You guys were busy.keep up the good work

We were a group of 10 touring NZ and came across this restaurant in Taupo- i’m so glad we found this hidden gem. Their Kebab rolls and platters were so delicious, the chicken and lamb were perfectly cooked and i’d say cut at the sweet perfect time! We ended up visiting this place three times during our stay in Taupo. The staff were extremely courteous, they even allowed us to dine in on our first visit, given we arrived there at a time they were closing shop after lunch! A few hungry bunch of kids were to be cheered for this What I liked most about this place - -Great food - served Hot! -Generous serves! -Exceptional customer service - Ask them about platters - As much as it might sound blunt, they did let us know that there could be a 10-15 minute wait as they prepare the food fresh but the food did the rest of talking for them and it was all worth the wait! -They know their customer service game quite well - they treated the kids in our group with ice cream serves to keep them kids calm until the food arrived! Popped through Taupo and saw this kebab shop. I have tasted a few since the UK but this is the best one I have had in Mew Zealand. $15.90 for a small combo including small kebab which was huge, chips and a drink. Chicken kebab was nice and bbq tasting, beautiful and the portions are generous. Nice interior and staff smiling. Really enjoyed it thanks
