This is my favorite hotel in London. The location is lively but not overly crowded, with many great pubs and good cafes nearby as well as a Tube station close by so getting into downtown London is easy peasy. The rooms ARE small but they have everything you need and feel cozy and warm. They have two options for larger rooms, so if it’s super important it would be worth to invest the money. I always stay in the cozy room and just love it. The design and everything within is upscale and doesn’t feel cheap. Shower pressure and warm water is solid. Mattress is firm but comfortable. Pillows could be firmer but it depends which one you fall on. They provide shampoo, conditions and hand soap. Blow dryer as well is great. I love everything about the hotel and can’t imagine myself staying in London and not here. They also have a restaurant attached that is so delicious and definitely would recommended. Staff in all the areas were so wonderful.

It is a very bad hotel with a very rude manager her name is Lord… not sure how spell the name. We had a very bad experience in our check -in. My bag has been stolen in the reception while am doing the check in. And when we go to see the camera we saw who stole the bag. They called the police. The day after I am trying to leave the hotel with the full refund because of what happened yesterday which mean there is ZERO secure. The manager LORDy told us that we have to be careful of our bag while we are in the hotel because of it is a holiday season!!!!!! The bag is already with the man who carry the luggage to the room. Also their room is very very tinycosy room and it is only enough for one child not for one adult.

Great location, clean and modern rooms. I booked a cozy room which was tiny but had all the amenities. I constantly had a problem with my room key not working. It was a good stay

It was a good stay and for the the location it’s well priced. But for us it was pricier then we usually go and we where not impressed by what we got. But it was nice to have a bath and some coffee on the room! The staff was also really friendly.

The rooms vary in size but the ones that have king size beds are usually spacious enough. Nice size bathrooms and cozy living room for suites. Beautiful terrace that is decorated with fairy lights. The hotel staff are very attentive, helpful and kind. Especially Georgia who gave us the tour of the hotel before booking. We’d definitely stay here again!

A well-presented hotel the housekeeping team do a brilliant job, with lovely rooms and well-finished en-suites, professional staff, and with a tube stop Sloane Square only minutes away. A good range of options on the breakfast menu, including some gluten-free items.<b>Rooms</b>: 4/5

This is a little gem. It doesn’t look much from the outside but it’s in a great location just a 100 meters from Sloane Square tube station. Come by public transport. Parking is very expensive. The food is good in a nice little restaurant, as are the cocktails. The room was comfortable, clean and cosy. All at a good price point for this part of town.

Good and safe location, walking distance to Sloan station, Clean new modern room, quiet place, I had a great stay at Sloan place, I highly recommend it.

Enjoyed a wonderful family meal on the roof terrace. Everything from start to finish was fantastic ! They had a wide variety of food on the menu and everyone from my youngest daughter to my teenager to the adults had something to our taste. The area had a great vibe to it and appeared to be serving a wide range of guests. Service was super friendly, Davide made us feel super comfortable and when the food arrived it was way above expectation and exceptionally good value for money. Will be making regular visits from now on !
