Like others, we have waited months for this wood. It is sodden, some is rotten and a large percentage of it is wood fragments/scrap. I didn't expect perfection given the price but also not total rubbish. As well as this, there was next to no communication from them. They only delivered half or order after I called them incessantly one morning (they didn't answer but texted and told me to text their number) and the other half was promised the next day.... 3 weeks later.... After more incessent contact. Oh and we're literally 3 minutes away from their yard.

Do not use this company. 12 weeks late. 6 cube. Mostly rotten and wet. Avoid at all costs.

Scam. Simply put. Breach of contract. No contact. Took my money. Misleading. Theft. Do not use these individuals. Absolutely disgusting at the level of dishonesty. Today is Tuesday, if informed them if I have not received my money back after 4 weeks I will be going to the police on the grounds of fraud causing financial loss and theft by misrepresentation.
