Definitely a better job could be done in terms of cleaning and especially rest rooms. Waiting area upstairs is a nonsense. Airport staff could have a better training in dealing with passengers and being more polite.

They told me I need to install an app and provided link printed out. Took me 10 minutes to find and install it. Would be much easier with QR code. Also, apparently vaping is allowed inside. Crazy.

Yesterday I was travelling from Kiev to Vienna. At around 12:15 local time I went through the security check. The security check stuff young male was communicating in extremely rude manner, like in a military camp, my complaints did not help, looks like no one cares about simple politeness.

they robbed me, "legally". unprofessional and abrasive. since when is a phone charger battery "dangerous" and not allowed on a flight just because it's larger than average?

It was ok, but was little astonished when they were asking how much money I have when i was landing, but I was really glad they didn’t ask how much money you have left when I was departuring; otherwise, it would have been an embarrassment

Make sure to buy your tickets ahead of time and have everything ready on your own. You will not get help from their customer service or Information desk not sure why are they even there. They sold me a ticket for a flight that was full and had to wait 3 hours to get my baggage back. Building is Okay, but the staff is awful.
