Great fish an chips.
Fresh and clean fish
Waited 40 minutes for basic fish and chips for what we were told were the best in town. When we eventually got them, they were greasy and plain awful. The worst we've ever had. I wouldn't bother ever again. The ones at the cafe looked a lot nicer.

Beautiful Kai Moanaseafood dishes worth the price tag, opening hours are not consistent, but the food was good. Awesome location
Good fish n chips here one best in north island.
One of the few places in Kawhia that does expresso coffee in the weekend and at odd hours. You may need to wait quite a long time for them to make it though. Great chips and very reasonable prices
