We provide excellent care and education for ages 0-6 years, in the beautiful West Coast town of Westport.



"We are proudly NZ owned and locally operated childcare centre offering excellent education and care for children from 3 months to 6 years of age. Our centre is a purpose built, modern building situated in the scenic Westport community.Our in-house chef prepares fresh and nutritious meals for our tamariki every day, assisting their health & development, whilst providing them with the energy they need for a fun day at Kawatiri Kids!"

Both of our kids attend or have attended kawatiri kids, and it was a fantastic experience for everyone. Full meals provided really helped take any extra pressure we felt as young parents. Such an amazing and passionate team here. Keep it up! You offer a fantastic service
My two kids have attended kawatiri kids with my son still present and no hesitation for any future enrollments. They are amazing and have become like an extra family to us. All the Team have been so great with the kids, i was a mum that found it hard to leave my kids with anyone, they are so thoughtful when we have birthdays, when i got my licence, the birth of our daughter they go above and beyond their work and thats why i trust them with my kids. Tina, Ange, Melissa and Gaylene have always made me feel listened to and supported. I love the chilled, relaxed understanding and down to earth enviroment. Absolutely love them and when the kids do leave there they will not be the only ones missing daycare.
Love everything about kawatiri kids my twin sons absolutely adore all the staff , staff have always gone over and beyond to help and support me with 2 babies
