Has overemphasised the sale of clothing to the point that they have little other useful outdoor /tramping stock. Wanted a simple guy rope for a tent- they don't sell them.
Super friendly staff and warm jacket for winter
Good quality clothing with great styles over a vast range... very friendly and helpful staff... seems like a mother and daughters team but anyways, nice warm feeling about the place.
Too expensive brought nothing, even too expensive to browse.
Loads of parking in the zone. Well laid out and stocked store. Very friendly staff.
Uninterested staff. No greeting or even can we help. As 2 staff members talked and leaned on the counter, no one in the shop but us. Not even a good bye. Purchased tent at Hunting and Fishing.
I went in today to enquire about getting another windbreak for my shelter and the lively lady who served me told me that they could no longer get one in, but someone had returned one with a broken pole and she gave me the windbreak for free. I was totally blown away and it totally made my day
Shoutout to Danny and team at Kathmandu Pukekohe!!! i cant thank you enough. very friendly team and great communication. my classic duckdown jacket lost its "puffer" after going thru the laundry and dryer. came out lumpy and flat in areas of jacket even after doing the whole process given on down liquid and dryer balls. Danny took me thru the whole process again and kept in communication over the phone helping me thru every phase of how to do it right. Finallyy my jacket is all puffed up and looking like new again. THANKK YOUUU!!

Kathmandu Pukekohe, situated in The Zone Shopping Centre is an excellent store, friendly staff always willing to assist, and with good knowledge about their products. Plenty of parking, handy to a variety of other stores with some decent eats near by too.
