The best service I've received to date! Spoke to a lady by the name Erica sorted me out with a Kathmandu Retreat Compass as Kathmandu don't deliver large items anymore she worked with me to arrange a courier to collect were i would fit the bill and i have no problem with that. great service Erica well done Kathmandu.
I didn't visit the store in person, but spoke with Brianna, who was amazingly helpful in getting the jacket I needed. She found the item which is out of stock everywhere, and on clearance for ages, and walked me through how to pay for it with a voucher, and shipped it right away. It felt as if a good friend was helping me over the phone. Kudos to Brianna - she is definitely an asset to Kathmandu!
