My second favourite store after Bunnings. What better recommendation can there be.
The team are awesome. Very helpful. Love this shop.
The first time visiting this store I was greeted after a little while, and the staff member was kind and helpful. My most recent visit however... I managed to walk in, check multiple items around the store, compare prices between kids jackets and sizes, and walk through most of the store all while being completely ignored by the two staff members who were chatting amongst themselves. It's not hard to stop a personal conversation at work and say hello to a customer, it's really not.
A bright store with lots of stock given its size, right in downtown Whakatane. Friendly helpful staff
Very helpful and informative. Great customer service
Would give zero if I could. My tent ripped and and don't exactly know why that happened, but at the shop they told me it would be obviously my own fault and so they couldn't do anything about it. They didn't even have a look at it or asked where the tent ripped. They where absolutly not helpful.
Staff were very helpful, i got a nice warm jacket too wear up @ the whakapapa , happy valley

Not happy with staff, very unwelcoming when enquiries about photo to be added to store. Very unfortunate as I used to shop here alot Better to go to Hunting and Fishing and Whakatāne Great Outdoors for friendly service
Very poor service. We walked out while the three shop assistants had a chat. Would recommend a change of staff.
