Rural and Lifestyle Sales are a company dedicated to marketing and selling Rural property in NZ, based in Manawatu and the Waikato, both our teams specialise in excellent customer service and achieving a great result for our clients.
The Waikato Team - We are all experienced Dairy Farmers and have the Dairy Farmers work ethic. Working a 7 day 60 hour week is not a strange concept for us and that is how you know we will work through the clock to achieve for you.
Our goal is simple, to provide excellent customer service to ensure we get repeat business.
Selling your home? We have a flat rate transparent structure that is as follows -
Residential - 2.5% + GST
Lifestyle Blocks - 2.5% + GST
Farms - 1.5% + GST

About me - UK born and bred I came to NZ in 2010, I fell into dairy farming and worked my way up to management in 6 years. Although I still like to keep a hand in dairy farming by relief milking, my passion has always been property and the country side.
I have over a years experience selling real estate now and absolutely love it.
My main area of expertise is lifestyle blocks, however I have also have many successful sales in the residential market.
