Karori Medical Centre

>30 minutes late for a 3.30pm appointment with no apology from Dr Wong. Really? Bad management and a healthy dose of arrogance. The hallmarks of a user friendly medical centre? So much for patients' rights.

A very worthwhile service a supportive counsellor.

You're usually seen pretty quickly and the staff are very professional, very down to earth and able to make you feel relaxed.

DR WALL, DR Fancy are both so patient and friendly ! And they never brushed us even they rain late. I call that being responsible and respectful. Don't forget the helpful receptionists. We live in Lower Hutt and going to KMC is worth the travel. I did get annoyed by a few doctors, just don't book them then.

Are all about patient responsibility and providing great health care - I am a midwife and I choose Karori medical for their fantastic doctors, availability of appointments, and have been frequently without complaint. I think they have an unfairly low rating on here.

Excellent medical care for my family at this practice over many years. Thanks Dr Hornabrook and other staff.
