I teach breath lead, authentic yoga suitable for anybody. I'm fully qualified and offer specialist yoga such as Pregnancy Yoga & Chair Yoga as well.

Hot Yoga for You studio, Kuripuni, Masterton
(Pregnancy Yoga NOT heated)

* Moderate Heat VINYASA FLOW - Tuesdays 7pm, 75 minutes $16.00 casual rate (concession tickets available for this class)
This class focuses on movements coordinated with the breath.

* PREGNANCY YOGA - Wednesdays 12.30pm and Saturdays 10am, 1 hour class, $10.00 or 5 card concession for $45
Suitable for any stage of pregnancy.

* HOT ROCK YOGA - First Sunday of the month, 8am, 75 minutes $16.00 casual rate (concession tickets available for this class)
This class has a heavy rock soundtrack and coordinates breath and body movement.
