My meal on Sunday was absolutely delicious..the best pork belly I have ever eaten , and thoroughly enjoyed. The beef eater was thrilled with his as ordered steak. Very highly recommended. And also the Honey mead!!
Great spot for a relaxed meal. Rustic setting with a lovely chilled out vibe. Lovely meals made with Fresh quality local produce. Michelle our maître d’ was so friendly and welcoming and made us feel very special. She treated everyone in this way and made sure everyone was looked after. She was one hard working enthusiastic lady. We had a great experience and highly recommend this place. Thanks

We had a truck tyre blow out on the highway and these guys were fast to respond and gave us a great deal on tyres and service. We were back on the road in not time. Friendly and efficient service. I highly recommend them and definitely use again. Thanks guys
Absolutely exquisite food and wonderful service - such a friendly enviroment as well - what a lovely thing to happen upon after such a lovely walk! I highly recommend the house made mead and the cheesecake - top notch!
Karangahake Winery is a charming place with great service and beautiful wine and food. We stayed overnight in one of the 3 character filled bedrooms, had a glass of fruit wine and shared a delicious platter with the warm and welcoming owner. Great location for a weekend in the Gorge, central to all the walking trails. We will definitely go back and next time will take some friends with us.
Very nice micro brewed mead. The meals were fresh and tasty and it was a delightful surprise to come accross on our walk.
Relaxed atmosphere excellent service the rose and the platter is nice together, small menu something for most people tho the food that comes out is always immaculate even when they are busy
We enjoyed our afternoon there. The beetroot bruschetta was yum! And so was the rosé.
Very friendly staff, good food and great wine. Light at the end of the tunnel! Awesome!!!!
