Kapiti Pak 'n Save

The usual Paknsave tidy and has almost everything you might need. It was not crowded when we visited semi empty and we bought some juices, sandwiches and bakery. Everything thing was fresh. The staff seemed happy and they were friendly.

There are cheap items you can buy , and some expensive but its quality and fresh. Some staffs are friendly some are ok maybe because too busy and staffs get tired and so it is understandable. Deli they don't really smiles to the customers. Busy place . . I still shop there I don't pay attention to customers service or staffs as long they do their job when I buy and ask they respond its fine. I understand workers are doing their job as much as they can. As a customer I must consider and understand them. Hardwork anywhere I think make them.feel.appreciated too.

We went to shop on Saturday 15 at 10:45, the cashier lady at counter no.5 was rude to us by her voice tone and face acting. She’d better to do another job where doesn’t need to have service mind.

Apart from good shopping experience, Pak n Save Kapiti has 2 mobility shopping scooters. So I could take Mom with to enjoy the shopping experience. Had everything we needed and some great prices one some items.

Interesting place. I think Foodstuffs have problems with ordering and supply chain management. Fortunately they could fill the shelves with excess items so it didn't look so empty. :-/

After waiting several minutes at the deli while no one was serving, I had to then wait for three other customers to be served that had just walked straight up after me. I also bought some strawberries that went moldy and turned to mush in less than 24 hours in the fridge.

Always friendly and helpful had some bad spuds last Monday thought I would mention it to the produce guys so they'd know had no expectations but he sorted out a different lot at half price he took my word thank you so much

If you pak then you do save, but it's not worth the saving IMO. There were no boxes available to pack into and no paper bags available to purchase. Staff were totally unhelpful. It was a large family shop. It was really difficult and frustrating to get so many loose groceries transferred from the trolley, to the car boot, to the kitchen. So after trying them out again after several years, that's confirmed I won't ever be going back.

Reasonable price. Easy to find food and grocery. I got sweettango apple here today

Great place for bargains,if there such a thing.good variety of fresh fish bakery was great.i didn't need much lucky lotto on the way out.
