Helpful staff and a good range of products. I particularly like the pick-n-mix dog treat cabinet, where you can get a selection of treats put in a paper bag - it's nice to have a plastic-free option.
Fish look very sad, tanks need a very good clean. Staff weren't welcoming. Animates are better!

All staff i have encountered have been helpful and pleasant. They don't have a big enough stock relating to large outdoor fish ponds but I accept that it's hard to meet all demands. Staff have good stock knowledge and are generally informative
