Friendly staff, everything regarding the procedure was very well explained and I was constantly updated as well as checked on throughout the appointment.
Terrible service, received a bad test from this company and when questioned about it they told me I’m lying and gave out verbal abuse. Left confidential notes laying around of other customers and talked bad about other hearing places in Kapiti. Do not use this company.
