Kapiti Gymsports is a non profit community focused organisation. It was established 30 years ago and has been housed in its own gym for over 20 years.
Based in Paraparaumu, Kapiti Gymsports offers programmes that are designed to provide opportunity to have fun, develop motor skills, coordination, body awareness, sensory development, and confidence.
We have classes for pre-schoolers to adults including young people with disabilities. We have a variety of gymnastics programmes, from Gym for All to Competitive.
