My experience at Kapiti College has been marked by several issues that I feel compelled to share, particularly regarding teacher behavior, restrictions on self-expression, and the enforcement of strict uniform policies.nnFirstly, I encountered instances of bullying behavior from some teachers that negatively impacted the learning environment. Rather than feeling supported, many students experienced belittlement or dismissal during class discussions. This not only stifled our voices but created an atmosphere where seeking help or expressing concerns felt daunting.nnFurthermore, the school’s approach to self-expression was quite restrictive. Students were often discouraged from showcasing their individuality, whether through their attire or creative projects. This lack of encouragement for self-expression can lead to feelings of frustration and alienation among students, hindering their overall growth and confidence.nnThe strict uniform policies added another layer of pressure. While I understand the desire for uniformity and discipline, the enforcement often felt excessive. Minor infractions led to harsh reprimands, further contributing to a culture of fear rather than one of respect and encouragement.nnIn conclusion, I believe that Kapiti College has the potential to create a more inclusive and supportive environment. Addressing these issues would greatly benefit both students and staff, fostering a culture where everyone feels valued and empowered.
This school is so skibidi the bathrooms smell like grimace shake and the kids all have no gyatt i bet you kai cenat would not approve the best thing is how chill some of the teachers are and how cute Mr Pittams is
All teachers in New Zealand are “dedicated professionals who are passionate about their students' success”. A lot of teachers genuinely care about the well-being of their students even if they take favorites. However, their empowerment often leads to a sense of authority that is too frequently misused or at least misunderstood.nnThe principal is an autocratic male who takes strong pride in “defeating” Students who would unlikely attain top marks. This coupled with his strong vision for the school's success and maintaining KC’s NCEA reputation, he is willing to bend and break ethical lines to achieve His goals. This moral ambiguity adds needless fear to the student’s day to day lives, creating tension in the learning environment. The school's strict enforcement of uniform policies, even to the point of threatening expulsion, Is a reflection of Tony Kanes desire to dictate children.nnDespite the school's Academic success, the pressure to conform with authority and the fear of punishment creates an environment where students feel stressed, anxious, or marginalized. This manifests into various mental health issues for many student such as anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem. Coupling this with the fact that Wellington’s Kapiti Coast has one of the highest youth suicide rates in the southern hemisphere, i am surprised the schools disciplinary practises havn’t had a closer looking at.
My child named 'Jamal' has went to this school. His robux was sadly stolen by a pack of 11th graders, which also made him lose his 3000 day Adopt Me streak. This is an appalling school, and I cannot recommend this to my Roblox friends.
Science was really fun mrs summers is the best But Mr forster is i kind of bad teacher and that is why it is not five stars
