Wow! This was the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. I’m now Coeliac and they did gluten free fish and chips in a separate vat so no cross-contamination. The batter was light and not too dense or oily like a lot of gluten free batters. If you are looking for Gluten Free food in Opotiki or really anyone looking for a good meal, this is the place to go! I recommend the Snapper - it was obviously fresh and absolutely delicious.
A hidden gem. Delightful welcoming staff, excellent food and lovely atmosphere. Heading here for dinner next time we stay in Opotiki that's for sure. Gunner
He tino reka te kai we had the oyster meal with salad, bacon burger, kumara chips, mac n cheese and trifle, defs recommend this place. Best trifle I've had for years.
