Story

Retreat to the restful tranquility and birdsong of our small, sunny and peaceful Lodge amidst native bush. Ensuite double rooms with king size beds. Ensuite twin and single rooms. Double/ twin/single and dorm rooms with shared facilities. Free Wifi, free bikes to explore the local cafes and beaches, great BBQ, lounge, fully equipped kitchen, DVD's, bush walks. Free parking plus free bikes /motorbikes and luggage storage. Less than 5 minutes drive to the start of the world famous Abel Tasman coastal track, or get dropped off by us. Local owners and hosts Stu and Andi are happy to help you with planning and booking your Abel Tasman adventures.

Probably the best place I've stayed in so far throughout my trip in NZ. Kudos to the owners for a cozy, homey, and happy place to stay at.
Great place, really nice host. Stayed here with my husband for only one night, the room was clean and the common facilities are great. What a cute little place surrounded by silverfern. Highly recommend
Lovely clean, tidy accomodation within a beautiful native bush setting. Very friendly, helpful host too!
Stewart is a gracious host, and the place is newish, comfy, good amenities and near to lots of great tracks and activites. Don't miss the Ngarua caves up the mountain about 30 minutes! Very special. And of course the walking tracks, and split apple rock.
Exceptionally friendly host, with plenty of ideas and tips on things to do and places to go. Great, clean kitchen facilities. A small hostel that has a lovely location. Highly recommended!
Beautiful accommodation! Nice short works about the place, through the trees. Well equipped shared kitchen and BBQ area. Quiet, off the beaten track. The fella who runs it is really friendly and helpful too! Enjoyed our chats! Highly recommend!
