Story

Taking a customer-centric approach to his business, Kamaldeep Luthra is driven to make the buying and selling process as seamless as possible for his clients. He strives to do his very best to get an excellent result - every single time.

The key to Kamaldeep's success is his ability to build enduring relationships with his clients. This comes very easily to him; he is a natural communicator who takes great pride in keeping his clients informed throughout every step of the process.

Kamaldeep speaks fluent Hindi, Punjabi and English and is effective working with people from all walks of life. He believes that each property and each person is an individual and should be treated as such. Just as he creates tailored marketing programmes for each property, he is open to working with you, as his client, in the way that works best for you. He finds that this approach creates 'clients for life'.

Prior to real estate Kamaldeep enjoyed a successful career in the insurance industry. This is where he honed his customer-centric approach, and his passion for providing exceptional service. He was recognised for his success in this role and was named as the top salesperson for insurance policies.

He then went on to set up his own Auckland based business which helped him to create a wide network of local contacts, aided by his involvement in the Lions Club International (Papatoetoe). Kamaldeep loves the diversity of cultures that call Manurewa home.
