Excellent 3 day stay in a modern well appointed apartment. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful place to stay with lots to do outdoors. Choice of eateries nearby with good food.
Great location next to the beautiful beach and next to the national park water taxi pick up. The facilities felt old and run down. The place had the most elaborate system I have seen to make using the showers as difficult and annoying as possible. This place is the only one on our NZ trip where we could not use card because we had to use a $2 coin for the grill, but we could buy those at the reception.
This beach is just beautiful. Lovely area for swimming. Boat tours depart from here. Golden coloured sand. Felt like you were not in NZ. Just wish I could spend more time here.
It was packed by end of January but we arrived early in the day stayed only for a night and we got a big spot one minute from the beach. Super clean facilities, no issues with noise. 2 minutes from departures to Abel Tasman park which is convenient.
Great camp ground. It's very popular but plenty of room out of season.nWe stayed 6 nights and found things to do every day.nVery socialable campers
