Kaitaia Motor Lodge

Stayed 2 nights. Beds weren't made. Facecloth, hand towel, bathroom floor towel were not replaced. They didn't refill the tea and milk pottles. Little bit disappointed because my previous visit in January was good, hence my reason for going back. Rooms are nice. Handy 10min drive to event.Rooms: 5/5

The first thing I noticed about our room was how clean and shiney it was, like i could have used the shower basin and kitchen sink as a mirror. We enjoyed using the hot tub after our long few days of driving. The lady who runs the place was so sweet and friendly. However, the most important part about where you stay, is the bed you sleep in. Our bed was so uncomfortable. We could feel the springs digging into our backs. We barely slept all night, and eoke feeling like we need to call a chiropractor. Noteworthy details: Aweful bed needs replacement

Lovely and super tidy unit that had everything that we needed to make us feel at home. Just stone's throw away from all your major stores. And super convenient if you are driving up to Cape Reinga! Will definitely recommend!

Great place to stay! Rooms very neat and tidy. Comfy bed good nights sleep. Walkability: Walking distance very close to pac-n-save.

One of the cleanest motor lodges or hotels I had the pleasure of staying in on my trip, convenient access to the beach and north shore. Rooms: Maybe a little outdated, but clean and sufficient.

Very noisy close to main road. Good kitchen facilities. Overall all you get what you pay for.

No heat pump, very noisy and no sound proofing whatsoever... I am currently listening to next door having a shower and it's so loud, I can't hear the TV, loud car with banging music outside, and another car with Loud muffler just been running for the last 45 minutes... staff is great but this place needs some serious sound proofing....

Receptionist lady was so nice. Really appreciate her for giving us a room late at night. Staffs are super friendly there. Awesome service. Highly recommended. We enjoyed our stay after a long trip.Rooms: 5/5

My family are staying here for a week, the cleaners are great, when we are in room they leave us to our space and ask if we need anything. When we go out we come back and our room is exactly how it was when we arrived.... Owners are great and so accommodating. The place also has smart tvs for Netflix, YouTube, sky sports now appyou do have to use your own log in's Highly recommend this place
