We are so incredibly grateful to Kaitaia Hospital and the amazing staff who have been there for our whanau during such a challenging time. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so accommodating, kind, and genuinely caring. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the generosity and support shown to our family meant more than words can say.nThe hospital itself was always clean and welcoming, the food was great, and even the artwork around the hospital brought a sense of warmth and comfort during long days. Those small details really made a difference.nThank you to every nurse, doctor, and staff member for the compassion, professionalism, and aroha you showed our whanau. We will always be thankful for the care you provided.

Amazing & helpful staff! Went to the ED for a prescription. I had my Australian prescription on my phone and correct ID. Even though I live in Australia, I was in and out in 20mins with my script. Great service! Thank you again.
Shout out to the Sunday A&E team. Astounded at how quickly I was seen and how thorough my treatment was. Busy, but despite that, I encountered kind, caring and competent staff. Grateful and thankful.
