The service here over the years has gone down terribly. Receptionist are lovely but extremely rude nurse. Female doctors are arrogant and force you to make decisions about your body that should not be forced with no compassion.
I rang about a script as they keep leaving a longterm pill off it . So we sorted that and when i went to pick them up from the chemist ,they had left the pill on the script again . Went back up and it was the attitude of the young receptionist that was rude and acted like i was the one at fault ,went out back came back with a new script slammed it on the counter and just started at me no sorry just an attitude . This is not acceptable behaviour from someone in that postion. Learn some manners when dealing with the public.
Completely incompetent. I went in for minor surgical procedure and on the day they forgot where they were operating and then got mad at me because they had forgotten? And then spontaneously decided to operate on a different site while I was on the table. Literally trust anyone else with your healthcare.
I have been with this practice nearly 20 years. I have since left. The receptionists are rude and I had to wait 7 weeks for an appointment. Discusting. I'm a diabetic and they forgot to put insulin on my prescription. Glad I left this practice. Apparently you can only post a review if you rate them. My rating would be minus 5 but had to give them one star
Had very bad service from the receptionist. I called up first thing in the morning to check the enrollment form I emailed had come through, and to organize an appointment. She told me the servers were down and she would get back to me which she never did. Stopped in to the clinic to check what was going on and no one had a clue. Called her the next morning and she didn't remember the conversation. Appalling service. She did say she could book an appointment without the enrollment for $80...
