I was trying to find a certain product online sea to summit dry bags and stumbled across the ones I needed on the coastal sports website and the price was right. A quick google search showed that they were in fact NZ based when a lot are offshore and just make it look like they are here which gave me more confidence to use them. Product came super quickly and I'd definitely use them again if they had what I was looking for.
Highly recommend these guys. Bought a Goretex Jkt from them and it was the cheapest price I found in NZ. Love the $5 flat rate shipping. Ordered jkt on Monday night and it arrived on Wednesday morning. This shop genuinely seems to care about great customer service which is refreshing in this day and age when alot seem to not bother any more. Thank you

Great service on Easter Sunday - discovered my bike front brake had zero pressure and despite it being only an hour before closing team and only one person manning the shop a brake bleed was all done in under 30 min. It doesn't get better than that and I got to go on my ride after all! Would have no chance of getting this sort of xceptional service back home in Wgtn.

We hired mountain bikes for the 45k circuit, well worth doing. Very helpful and didn't charge any more even though we were late back. The ride was more challenging than we expected!
