We were a little disappointed to be charged $10 to look around, but actually, we really enjoyed our visit, and the curator shared some great information. We made good use of an hour here and at the cemetery. It turns out the cost was worth it, glad we came.

Very interesting stop at NZ's 2nd oldest building. Lots of artefacts and information plus helpful volunteers to share their historic knowledge. Beautiful church. Definitely worth a look-in

Very interesting place to visit. Take a picnic as the gardens are beautiful and you can also visit the church while you are there.
