K9 Heaven's Grooming & Pampering service here at K9 Heaven in West Auckland, suits all dogs & dog owners from all walks of life who are after a reliable, convenient, trustworthy and professional service.

Based at K9 Heaven out here in Massey West, Waitakere, we are just off the motorway, at the land of doggy fun - K9 Heaven boarding & daycare mecca for dogs.

We service both existing daycare & boarding members, and grooming only members.

K9 Heaven's Grooming & Pampering Service provides a service that is all about you and your companion first and foremost.

We provide everything from bath & blow waves right across the board to designer cuts & hand stripping.

Our 5 qualified & experienced in all size dog groomers, are sourced from within K9 Heaven, so you know you are getting a dog care professional first, as well as a groomer.

The team at K9 have looked after our fur pack with utmost care and love, from wee puppies to nearly 12 years of age. We still smile when they spot their favourite pack leader - how can we choose? They love them all! Over the 12 years, we have experienced over and above service with all their team. The small chats about the humorous things they did during the day were outstanding, equally when they were a bit off too. It simply told us they cared, and what more can a dog owner want? It's an end of an era for our ageing pack for daycare; we will be back for the grooming service as it's where they always feel comfortable and look their best on grooming day! Best wishes to Ollie, Tanya and the Pack Team; the new improvements have not gone unnoticed, and we will miss you all. We cannot recommend K9 Heaven more highly - it is a dog heaven for your dog, and always presents a safe, caring and responsible daycare and added value of a grooming service too!!
The team at K9 Heaven are awesome and they go out of their way to make my puppy who is a gentle wee soul feel so very welcome. He always comes home so tired and happy from his adventures. I love knowing there is somewhere I can take my dog when I need to, where he will be looked after so well.
Just the most amazing place. Our pup has the best time and always comes back shattered. We recently did the birthday package and it is well worth it! We got the best photos and all of our friends and family loved seeing them. We also quite often will send our pup there because you can choose not to have them crated overnight. Thanks again to the K9 Heaven family, were so glad you were recommended
These two get so excited just pulling into the driveway. The team here is wonderful, they keep them safe and take exceptional care, you can see their dedication to service in the interaction with us as owners nothing is ever an issue- last minute grooming or tense parental phone calls. The best part is they also come home smelling lovely and clean after an action packed day of running around with their friends. Thanks so much to Ollie, Tanya and the team
Having a half Husky puppy during lockdown was not easy. This boy is full of energy - we used to take him on hikes and walks 3-5 times a day, praying he would be tired at the end of the day. Nope. Never happened. We took him to several different daycares - for socialising and to get his energy used up more. Sadly, Zeus got sent home few times because he was “too hyper active” to be around other dogs.. It felt like my boy got kicked out of school. Then we found a daycare with a huge farm area where dogs run freely rather than being crammed in a small indoor area. K9 Heaven is an actual Heaven for our boy Zeus. The staff are friendly and attentive - They recognises every dog owner that comes through and buzzes in and out their dogs with convenience. Tanya, Ollie and the whole team really shows that they care for all dogs at K9. But most importantly, Zeus LOVES going to K9 Heaven! He has the time of his life and comes back happy and tired. We do daycare almost everyday now, Boarding was swell, on top of that, they do fantastic grooming! Thanks Team!
Kobe & Rosie love K9 Heaven. I work in Albany and drive from Papakura to drop them off. The team came highly recommended, and I have to say they lived up to expectations. I'm still amazed as to how they remember all the dogs. When I drop and pick them up I never have to say who I'm there for, they just know .
Our dogs Poppy and Izzy love going to daycare 2 days per week. The staff are great and friendly, everything is done to make sure they have a great day on the farm. Thanks heaps
We seriously can't recommend Ollie & Tania at K9 Heaven enough! This is Hudson's home away from home or maybe vice versa considering how much his is there. Having a dog who can't be left alone was super stressful until we found the team here. Hudson has previously been to a couple of doggie daycares and his excitement everytime we drive into K9 is second to none. The team are amazing and always going above and beyond. Ollie and Tania are forever implementing new things to make sure the dog and owner experience is improved. Not to mention, their prices are so competitive and really make it achievable for people. We go to K9 heaven every week, and there’s nothing that makes my dog happier!!! She has a great time, comes home, smelling beautiful, and at the end of the day I get to see cute photos of her. The handlers are all very professional, understand the different dogs needs, and make sure everyone is comfortable in their environment. Have recommended to so many people, and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Lui loves the place. Service is usually great, depending on their staffing at the time. Some washes haven’t been through, but Lui always wants to go again and comes home tired after a day at his club with his mates.
