I cannot fault Karen and her team, the process from initial communication to follow up was efficient and professional, any concerns or worries I had were allayed immediately and I would not hesitate in recommending.
Currently I am having an issue with an infection that was not properly communicated to me, resulting in an infection being present in my mouth since 2019, making my immune system constantly work, manage this infection. Karen recommended me for a crown on the tooth she did a re root canal on, and the dentist I went to, recommended I get 3, separate issue and a crown was placed on a tooth that had infection. Obviously I am EXTREMELY upset about this and the consequences on my health, having a compromised immune system, and Karen has advised a pathway forward, which is in the slow process of being actioned, meanwhile I still have the infection in my mouth, and the compromised immune system. I look forward to this being resolved as soon as possible, today would be good, as I am very concerned about my immune system. Karen is not directly responsible for this, Waltham dentist are. I will remove this review when this issue is sorted .19/12/2023 Update, I have had a cone beam CT scan and indeed as suspected, there is a long standing infection present, I can't thank Karen enough for her assistance on this matter. Sincerely thank you Karen.
Highly recommended. The doctor was very professional and explained everything.
