Story

This boat is one of a fleet of 3 that spent 4 years fishing the 3 king’s island's doing long lining.
and a number of years catching crayfish in the Foveaux Strait before heading north and has been chartering since. She's has just passed an extensive 4-year survey she is a very safe boat proudly owned by her Skipper who takes good care of her and everyone who sails on her we look forward to seeing you all on board soon
Her Skipper Wayne has been on the sea for a great deal of his life and has spent years on the kaipara knows his stuff he also spent 10 years on the Haruki gulf long lining snapper and before purchasing the Bonnie Jay just completed a gratifying 3 months in Antarctica and safety of the people on board is paramount

Fantastic day fishing yesterday. Casey and crew were so informative and helpful throughout the day. Everyone on board looked to enjoy the experience and all caught a decent amount of fish with the added appearance of dolphins and whales. Casey was especially supportive and helpful toward my 10 year old who loved his first charter trip. I have been on a number of charters and this I have to rate the best by far for the friendly, personal service they provide. Great day guys.
Me and my Chinese friends had a unforgettable experience with KC and his crew. I’ll definitely go with KC again.
This was my second time fishing with KC and probably the best days fishing of my life. If you want value for money and a great day out this is the only way to fish…I’ll be coming back again. We had six people on our charter which was a good number, everyone had room to spread out but there was space for 2 more if you had a larger group. We had an amazing day….the fish were biting at every spot KC put us onto, we saw wales, dolphins and then everyone took home a big bag full of quality fish. Some people were using their own gear, I used the gear provided by KC which was a lot better than the stuff I have at home collecting dust ; The crew we were well organised and very professional, they gave us plenty of tips and cleaned all our fish before we got off the boat. Why would you go fishing any other way?
My small group of 3 joined 7 others for a memorable day out in beautiful Coffs Harbour. We were hosted by Mitch, Mitch and Colin. They were great guys who were very keen fisherman and good hosts. They helped all the kids to get going and a few of the adults as well! The boat was sleek and a very good size, perfect for our group. We caught a truckload of fish on the day. It was crazy......snapper mainly, mackerel and trevally. We we BBQing fish for 3 days in tin foil. With all this going on, about three hours in, we were awestruck when a pod of about 40 dolphins flew by our boat, one within 2 metres checking us out. Unreal!! 15/10 day out. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thank you KC's.
Another awesome couple of days out on the water catching plenty of fish with KCs charters. Good variety and quality - Kingys, Dolphin Fish, Pearl Perch, Parrots, Trag and of course loads of snapper and Flaty’s to top it off! These guys make sure you always come home with a decent catch. Great to see all the dads being their kids along on these trips, it’s such a good way to spend half a day on holidays in Coffs - absolute must-do. And perfect weather conditions post Christmas was the icing on the cake!
Had an amazing aboard kcs charters. Fantastic skipper and deckhands that know there fishing. Never stopped working until we were on the fish. Highly recommended
I highly recommend KC's fishing charter, I don't think I've ever caught so many fish in one day in my life. KC and Monty are highly professional and extremely good fisherman.
Top day out fishing. Crew and boat were great. Treated with a catch of fish and a few whales making a splash.
The best charter experience I've had!!!!!
