Poor service on my first time ordering I paid first payment still no delivery customer service saying waiting to hear from warehouse saying on there system its been delivered to where I don't know definitely not to my address so it's a poor communication an poor service.

Unflexiable with accounts, wanting to charge me for finishing a multiple year contract a couple months early. Pretty disappointed as I was going to use them at my new premises next year
I tell them we have enough water on numerous occasions, they ignore and just keep delivering and charging. Bottles and machines leak. Really unhappy client and cant wait for the contract to end. Counting down the days.
