I recently went to the Wellington store where I meet Kevin. I was looking for a hockey stick to purchase. Kevin was super helpful and wasn't looking to sell me the most expensive but one that was right. Kevin took the time to understand my playing level and needs. He quickly made me feel understood and offered a variety of options. Along with his good humour and helpfulness I would definitely recommend touching base with Kevin. Id also make further trips from Palmerston North to deal with him again.
Megan and the team at Cricket Express were very helpful at sending me the missing product that they hadn't given me and also Kevin was helpful at finding me suitable pads, thighpads and shoes. Would reccomend to others.
Kevin is awesome. Great customer service and will do anything to help.
